Best Sampling Sequances

Synopsis :

This is a "recreative" Mathematical Research Work, although it could be deeper than it seems.

The goal of this research is to collect some informations concerning the "Best Sampling Sequences": roughly, this problem consists in defining the best possible algorithms for Monte Carlo sampling. I found this problem quite rich, with a lot of possible applications, and above all, full of learnings.
